OEM Market Sounding Questionnaires

Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)

Kiewit, Stacy Witbeck, Herzog – A Joint Venture (KSWH) has been awarded the Track and Systems Construction Contract (TSCC) by the California High-Speed Rail Authority to deliver the track and systems infrastructure for the 119-mile Initial Construction Segment (ICS) spanning from Madera to Shafter, with an option to extend to the 171 mile Early Operating Segment (EOS) to Merced and Bakersfield.

The systems scope is being delivered through a Progressive Design Build contracting methodology and requires KSWH to contract specialized Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to complete elements of the final design, supply material and software, installation support, and testing & commissioning services

KSWH is conducting an industry outreach initiative to gather technical and commercial insights to help guide our OEM procurement strategy. Our objective is to gauge interested proposers and evaluate available market technologies and develop competitive scope packages to provide the project with the most qualified partner and technology. We request your feedback and strategic insights regarding the key focus areas outlined in this questionnaire.
